You obviously didn't read the majority opinion in Dobbs. Do you know how many times the word "religion" is mentioned? Zero. Zilch. Nada. Roe was wrongly decided, not based on some religious test, but based on analysis of the law, our long-standing norms and traditions, and its lack of judicial restraint. Casey was also flawed as it simply reaffirmed Roe under stare decisis with no scholarship applied.
