The Right isn't "clamoring for the impeachment of PRESIDENT [addition and emphasis mine out of respect for the office that you apparently do not have] Biden and Garland because they don't like what they are doing." They are clamoring for the impeachments for the failure of the individuals to adhere to the Constitution.
Federal Judge Terry A Doughty recently issued an injunction against the Biden Administration, some specific officials, and some agencies from meeting with Tech Companies to discuss social media censorship. The Judge ruled that they had "likely" violated the First Amendment of the Constitution.
In the injunction, Judge Doughty said: "During the Covid-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth.’
"If the allegations made by Plaintiffs are true, the present case arguably involves the most massive attack against free speech in United States’ history.
"In their attempts to suppress alleged disinformation, the Federal Government, and particularly the Defendants named here, are alleged to have blatantly ignored the First Amendment’s right to free speech."
That's only one example.

AG Garland's DOJ also has multiple examples of failure to follow the Constitution or blatant disregard for their oaths to it. From failure to enforce federal statutes making it illegal to protest at the residence of Supreme Court Justices after the Dobbs pre-decision leak to not enforcing our border laws to reprisals against whistleblowers to the sweetheart plea deal cut Hunter Biden, the DOJ under Garland's leadership is more about being the Democrat/President's family protection agency than the apolitical organization he promised it would be.
That these failures rise to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors" is at least a debatable issue.
Applying Supreme Court precedent and scholarly analysis to come to a conclusion in a case to protect the First Amendment rights of American citizens doesn't come close to an impeachable offense.
