Hey Ben,

Sorry if I lumped you in with the cancel culture/speech code crowd. The folks on Medium who disagree with me seem to generally support those things.

If investigations show that Ivanka Trump was using a personal email server for doing government business and, if those records are subject to the Federal Records Act and not in possession of the federal government and/or its found that those records were not provided if responsive to a Freedom of Information Act request or Congressional inquiry, Ivanka should face appropriate legal jeopardy.

If it’s found any of those records contain classified information, like Hillary’s emails, she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Indictments do not equal guilt.

I don’t ignore findings of guilt in a court of law. I don’t much pay attention to the court of public opinion.

Every American, including the Trumps and associates, are entitled to a trial before being labeled guilty.

I think I stated it previously, but I will state it here again.

If former President Trump, his children, or members of the Trump Organization violated the law and are found guilty in a court of law, they should be punished in accordance with those laws.
